Training School Announcement: Environmental Sampling and Anthelmintic Residue Analysis
We are pleased to announce the upcoming Training School on Environmental Sampling and Anthelmintic Residue Analysis (Working Group 1), organized within the framework of the ENVIRANT project.
Dates: 9–11 February 2026
Location: Teagasc, Dublin, Ireland
Duration: 3 days
Maximum number of participants: 10
Hosts: Martin Danaher & Orla Keane (Teagasc)
This hands-on training school will provide participants with practical knowledge and skills in:

Designing sampling strategies for spatial studies of anthelmintic residues and post-treatment residue assessments

Conducting environmental sampling of faeces, soil, and water

Processing and preparing samples for residue analysis
-
Interpreting results of anthelmintic residue analyses
The workshop is specifically designed for researchers involved in the ENVIRANT project who are planning to collect environmental samples for residue analysis.
